Why We Exist

Physician’s Keepers is more than a course or a podcast — it’s a movement. A community. A safe harbor.
We believe:
  • No physician should suffer in silence.
  • We need to learn how to look out for each other
  • Healing is possible — and necessary.
  • Every story matters.
  • Change begins with honest conversations.
Through educational resources, personal storytelling, and emotional wellness tools, we are helping physicians turn trauma into triumph and reclaim their joy in medicine.

Our fight against bullying in medicine

Bullying in medicine isn't just harmful, it's deadly. It erodes confidence, leads to mental health struggles and forces brilliant Physicians out of professions they love. It also significantly affects patients care. At Physicians keepers we believe no one should suffer in silence

What is medical bullying?

Medical bullying includes behaviors like. Undermining clinical decisions Gasligthing or humiliating residents and colleagues. blocking career advancement opportunities.

Why it matters?

Physicians who are bullied are more likely to experience depression, anxiety and burnout and less likely to seek help. This impacts not just the Physicians but also their patients, families and the future of health care itself

How we advocate?

  • Sharing personal stories to break stigma
  • Educating through online courses
  • Mobilizing communities to demand institutional accountability
  • Hosting interviews with experts, survivors and reformers

Meet the Founder

Dr. Aleobe Eruemulor

Dr. Aleobe Eruemulor is a board-certified family medicine physician, lifestyle medicine advocate, and the founder of Physician’s Keepers. Her passion for this work is deeply personal.
During her medical training, she experienced firsthand the emotional toll of bullying in a toxic environment — a season marked by depression, anxiety, and isolation. She knows what it’s like to question your worth, your calling, and your future in medicine.
Rather than allow that experience to define her, Dr. Eruemulor transformed her pain into purpose. Today, she uses her voice to advocate for bullied physicians, promote emotional wellness, and foster safe spaces where healing is possible.
> “I created Physician’s Keepers for every physician who’s ever felt invisible, humiliated, or emotionally broken by a system that was supposed to train and protect them. You are not alone — and you don’t have to heal alone. Together we can eradicate bullying in medicine and create a culture where we teach other Physicians to uplift them and not to break them."
